Shake 'n Bake

Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake 

2 cups of sugar

1 ½ cups of Wesson oil

4 eggs

2 cups of flour

2 t of cinnamon

2 t of baking soda

dash salt

3 cups of grated carrots

chopped walnuts (opt.)

Butter 2 ring pans very well and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  With an electric beater, mix oil and sugar. Add 4 eggs and mix.  Add next 4 ingredients and mix.  Add carrots and mix. Stir in nutes. Bake for an hour or until cake springs back.
